Red for Passion!

I had so much fun making the first pages of this moleskine, although it was a challenge to keep it in one color, I decided to give it a few brights here and there so it wouldn´t be so flat, but I think it wil be wonderful when we open it to reveal everybody´s work. I also think is best for everyone to choose your favorite color so, please, feel free to pick your´s but let´s stay with the rainbow order, so, count four pages for each color and paint, collage or what you love to do in the exact place it should be your color following the rainbow order, so when it´s done we can see the rainbow! ;D

Oh, Monica - what a real vision! It is so gorgeous - I am looking forward to "my" colour (I love all colours, so I want to be surprised ;-))

Just beautiful! How you did this? Is it an airbrush painting?

Thank you girls! I used different materials, pastel, watercolor crayons, ink, acrilics, collage, stamps,I began with layers, from soft to more color, applying the color with different kinds of rubber stamps, then you go back and paint over it carefully, with wter colors or pastels, I aged it a bit and then used a stronger color for the edges and that´s it!I think the trick is not to think about it and go ahead and do it... Try it! ;D

Did you send this yet? I think you should take the guess work out for the others by marking the color areas in the book. Perhaps with a light pencil you can right the colors in order through out the book and the other artists can pick their color.

Nice work, Monica.
